Rooms are available for new transfer students in Ó£ÌÒÊÓƵ housing on a first come, first served basis. If you are interested in living on campus, be sure to fill out a housing application immediately upon paying your Ó£ÌÒÊÓƵ deposit. Residence Life will notify you in mid-summer for fall entrants or in December for spring entrants about a room assignment.
If you plan to live off campus in non-Ó£ÌÒÊÓƵ housing, there are many apartment options close to Ó£ÌÒÊÓƵ and prices are comparable to other apartments you may find in Dallas. Besides apartment complexes, University Park, the neighborhood surrounding Ó£ÌÒÊÓƵ, has smaller apartment building and duplexes. Some apartments may be across the street from campus, others may be a 30-minute walk, a 5-minute drive, or a 10-minute bicycle ride from Ó£ÌÒÊÓƵ. Some apartment complexes are even serviced by the free shuttle bus.
